Restaurants and Cards

You would be surprised how many restaurants will do half portions for you.  Following is a list of chain restaurants where we have contacted the corporate headquarters and received approval to order half portions (for half price).

Tip: When you ask for half portions, typically a server will instinctively say no.  Speak up!  Ask for a Manager and let them know you’ve had gastric bypass.  Show them your restaurant card (request form for personalized form below).

*Note:  An (H) denotes half portions allowed; (C) denotes child  and/or Srs. menu ordering allowed.

If you find a restaurant particularly accommodating, not only add them to our list, but drop them an e-mail and thank them.  It just takes a few minutes and your comments do mean as much to them as the service does to us.
